Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Gen Mobile account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Device
Factory reset your device to remove all personal data and cloud accounts, then pack it securely in its original packaging with all included cables and manuals.
- 3.Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
